Thomas H. Reid was the founder and President of American Business Consultants, a Consulting, Appraisal, and licensed Business Brokering firm with offices in Detroit, Chicago, and Green Bay, Wisconsin. Now, in Phase One of his Retirement Plan, he has set up THR&A to serve the Northern Michigan area. He is an Accountant, past instructor of Accounting and Business Management Courses, and a long-time member of the Institute of Business Appraisers. He has also developed successful Business Reorganization Plans, including those for Chapter XI Bankruptcy filings, for both individual business owners and banking institutions.
